The 10-year structural warranty covers foundation, load-bearing walls, roofing, and waterproofing. A separate 1-year general warranty covers plumbing leaks, electrical faults, and finishing defects. Warranty terms are written into the agreement, not just this website.
Milestone-based. You pay for completed, inspected stages.
Payments are tied to construction milestones defined in the agreement. You pay as stages complete and pass quality checks, not in advance for the whole project. The agreement also includes contractual timelines with penalty clauses for delays on our side.
The signed agreement governs exit; completed milestones are payable.
Exit terms are defined in the scope-of-work agreement you sign before construction starts. Ask for the draft agreement up front and read the exit clause before committing. Work already completed and certified is payable; you are not locked into future stages.
Deliverables are defined in the agreement. Ask for drawing handover.
The scope-of-work agreement lists project deliverables. If you want the architectural and structural drawings handed over, ask us to write that into the agreement before signing. We encourage it.

Hospitals and critical facilities are quoted custom, typically ₹6 to ₹12, after a free building audit. The AMC agreement defines which parts and consumables are included; ask for the draft rate card.
